These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Angelic Bible App (“the App”), operated by Angelic Bible App (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The Angelic Bible App provides access to the King James Version (KJV) of the Holy Bible, an AI spiritual companion called Shepherd, prayer journaling tools, note-taking and highlighting features, and bookmarking capabilities. The App is available in free and premium subscription tiers.
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans (“Premium” and “Pro”) that unlock additional features. Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Important: Shepherd is an artificial intelligence feature powered by the Anthropic API. Shepherd is designed to offer spiritual companionship and scriptural guidance, but it is not a substitute for professional counseling, pastoral care, or medical advice.

The King James Version Bible text is in the public domain. All other content in the App — including but not limited to the user interface design, Shepherd AI system prompts, branding, icons, and original text — is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. AI-generated content from Shepherd is provided for your personal use only.
You retain ownership of content you create in the App (notes, highlights, prayer journal entries). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and sync your content across your devices as part of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Shepherd. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The App and Shepherd are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on Shepherd’s AI-generated content for spiritual, medical, or professional decisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitrations are not permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
