End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Angelic Bible App (“Licensor”) for the use of the Angelic Bible App (“the App”).

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App to develop competing products
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App

3. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Shepherd (our AI spiritual companion) is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may save, copy, and share Shepherd’s responses for personal spiritual growth. You may not commercially redistribute AI-generated content or represent it as professional spiritual direction.

4. Subscription Services

Certain features require a paid subscription managed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are as described in our Terms of Service and Apple’s standard subscription terms.

5. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the App.

6. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of this EULA, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

7. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. THE LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
